"Jewellery" means the jewellery that is predesigned or jewellery set with diamonds and / or gemstones that are available for sale on our website. Please note that all Jewellery is sold on "as is" basis. "Mounts" are defined as designs that hold a diamond(s) / gemstone(s) in place, which may or may not have diamonds/ gemstones. Members can select Mounts and diamonds separately to create customized Jewellery. "Loose Diamonds" are individual diamonds that can be bought without being set on Mounts.

Users can register on the Website to become Members before making any transactions. For those opting for guest checkout, an account will be automatically created upon completion of their purchase.

To register, Users will need to provide Personal Information (as defined in the Privacy Policy), including but not limited to, their name, email, contact number, shipping address, and a security question (e.g., mother's maiden name) for verification purposes.

Registration is a one-time process. If a Member has previously registered, they can simply log in to their existing account.

Members wishing to purchase items from our Website can choose from the following options:

Add selected diamonds directly to their shopping cart.
Customize jewellery by selecting diamonds to be set into rings, pendants, earrings, or any other customizable jewellery listed on the Website, and then add the item to the cart.
Browse through our curated selection of jewellery and add the desired item to the shopping cart.
For users wishing to make a purchase, registration may be required after adding items to the shopping cart. If the total value of the purchase exceeds ₹50,000, Members must provide additional details such as Permanent Account Number (PAN) and/or GST number as required by law.

Orders are typically considered complete only once payment has been successfully received by Angithy.

To verify orders, Angithy may contact Members randomly for a verification call. The order will be confirmed once the verification question is answered by the Member.

Once the purchase is confirmed:

For loose diamonds or customized jewellery: The diamond(s) will be ordered, set into the chosen mount, and delivered to the Member.
For pre-made jewellery: The item will be manufactured and delivered to the Member.
If the bank declines to honor any payment transaction, Angithy reserves the right to withhold shipping the order without any liability.

PAN CARD proof is mandatory for orders above Rs. 200,000. Order will be cancelled if the customer fails to produce the same.
