Please review our return guidelines listed below to see if purchased items are eligible for a return. We offer free 15-day returns for all customers based in India, US, Canada, UK, Australia, and Germany origin.

Shipping fees & Customs Charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.

Please note that a return shipping is free for returns from Indian origin & $35 is charged for returns from US, Canada, UK, Australia, and Germany origin These return shipping fees are deducted from the refund amount, provided that shipping fees and custom charges get covered under these returns charges mentioned. The return window starts from the day the shipment is delivered/picked up.

To ensure your item qualifies for return :

  • Items must be in their original, unworn condition, free from any signs of damage or alteration.
  • Items returned by courier must include all original packaging: RFID tag (intact and unbroken), detail tags, box, and pouch.
  • The seal on the jewel or article must remain intact and unbroken.
  • Individual items from a cannot be returned for refunds, store credit, or size exchanges. The set must be returned in its entirety.
  • For Ethically Earth Mined ( Natural Diamond ) & Lab Grown Diamond articles, the original certifications must be included.

Following doesn’t qualify for return & refund 

  • Items specifically tailored/Customized to your unique specifications cannot be returned.
  • Gift Cards.
  • Articles/jewel purchased using a gift card or other gifting methods are generally non-returnable and if returnable, store credits are rewarded against the value of the article/Jewel.
  • Gold Coins Purchased are non-returnable.
  • Earrings used to pierce during a piercing appointment.
  • Services provided, such as alterations or repairs, cannot be returned.
  • Items that have been damaged due to neglect or improper care are not eligible for returns.
  • jewel Care Kit.

I mistakenly returned the wrong item!

Although, it’s a rare situation as our delivery executive will collect the item only after verifying the product details purchased by you but still Please ensure you send back the correct and complete jewel(s)/article(s) for your return. Due to logistics and customs restrictions, Angithy may not reship or store non-Angithy items mistakenly sent as returns. If we do reship such items back to you, you'll be responsible for paying the shipping and customs charges (if applicable) to the delivery partner at your doorstep.

Please note that we are not responsible for any mishaps or damage to your article/jewel resulting from such mistakes conducted on your end.

We understand that sometimes things don't work out quite as planned. That's why we offer a hassle-free 15-day exchange policy for all customers! Here's how you can swap your purchase for something new:

In-Store Exchanges:

Visit any of our retail locations with your order confirmation email or invoice and our friendly staff will be happy to assist you with a quick and easy in-store exchange.

Online Purchase Exchanges:

1. Mail-in Exchange:

  • Contact our helpful customer support team at support@angithy.com to initiate a mail-in exchange.
  • They'll provide clear return instructions and the address to send your item back.
  • Pack your item securely with your order confirmation email or invoice for reference.
  • Once we receive your return, we will examine the jewellery/article returned and if everything foind perfect, we'll process your exchange and send you the new item as soon as possible.

2. In-Store Exchange (for Online Purchases):

Head to any of our retail locations with your order confirmation email or invoice and exchange your online purchase in-store!

Important:

  • All items must meet our return qualifications outlined in the Returns Policy.
  • For mail-in exchanges, please contact us first at support@angithy.com before sending any items back.

When will I receive my refund?

Online Return

Please note that your refund will be processed within 7 business days from the time we receive it in our atelier. Once processed, we will send you a confirmation via email. However, before that, there are a few important points you should be aware of:

  • The return must fully comply with our return and refund policy.
  • For some regions, there are reverse shipping charges, and the refund amount will be net of these charges.
  • Upon receiving the product in our atelier, if we find any tampering or misconduct related to the RFID tags, seal, or any other aspect of the product, the refund will not be processed. Instead, the jewel/article will be returned to the customer, with shipping charges payable at the customer end upon collection from the delivery partner.

How much is the return shipping fee?

Please note your original shipping fee (if charged) is non-refundable and the reverse shipping fee ( if applicable) will be deducted from the refundable amount. Orders outside of India may have duties and taxes incurred. You are responsible for paying these fees and we’re unable to waive or refund them, even if the order is returned back to us.
