How is Your Order Processed ?
We process your order based on product availability, which falls into two categories: in-stock and made-to-order items. In general. we aim to deliver you product within the range of 7 to 15 Business days at max whether its In-stock Order or Made-to-order.
- In-Stock Orders:
Our in-stock items are prepped and waiting to find a new home—yours! Typically, these items ship out the same business day when you place your order. For personalized pieces like engraved or monogrammed items, we need just a bit more time to add your special touch, and they’ll be on their way within 1-2 business days. - Made-to-Order Items:
Once you place your order, we get to work on bringing your unique piece to life. Since it's handcrafted with you in mind, it takes a little extra time to create. Be sure to keep an eye on the estimated shipping date on the product page so you can time your order perfectly for those special events—your exclusive treasure is worth the wait!
Currently, our website does not display whether an item is in stock or made to order. However, you can get the estimated delivery time for the jewel/article you wish to purchase and also you’ll receive an update via email regarding your order’s status once your purchase is successfully placed.
Keep in mind, our shipping dates are estimates and can shift slightly depending on production flow. If your order takes a bit longer to dispatch, no worries—Our customer support executive will be in touch within 24-48 Hours for the order updates. From the moment your order leaves our facility, you'll receive real-time tracking updates, allowing you to monitor its journey every step of the way.


Is Your Shipment Insured ?
Absolutely. Your spark box is fully insured from the moment it leaves our atelier until it arrives safely at your doorstep. This means you can relax knowing that any accidental damage or loss is covered. But….before claiming any accidental damage or mis-happening, you need to ensure several check points:


- Inspect Package Carefully: Upon receiving your shipment, carefully inspect the package for any signs of damage or tampering.
- Open Package with Delivery Person: If you notice any damage, open the package in the presence of the delivery person to verify the condition of your items.
- Check Security Features: Ensure that our seal and RFID tags are intact and unbroken. If either one is damaged or tampered with, please refuse the delivery and return the package immediately.
- Drop us a Mail: Please make sure to drop us a mail regarding the damage or mis-happening related to the Jewel(s)/article(s) within 4 Hours of receipt of order or refuse of accepting delivery on support@angithy.com.
It would be highly appreciated if you capture a video of the package and share that with us for the faster and hassle free processing of insurance claim. We know that its a extra mile but it helps both of us to make the process faster and more concrete.
